Yes — the estimate is free and there’s no obligation to book. We don’t charge a call-out or trip fee to price your job, and the written estimate is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
How fast will I hear back?
We call the same day to scope the work — usually within a couple of hours during business hours — and send your written estimate within 24 hours. Requests that come in late in the evening get a first-thing-next-morning callback.
Do you handle small jobs, or just big projects?
Small jobs are our bread and butter. A single leaky faucet, one TV to mount, or a dresser to assemble is completely fine. We do have a two-hour minimum, so many folks bundle a few small tasks into one visit to get the most out of it.
Are your pros licensed and insured?
Every Pacific Pro is background-checked and insured, and our trade specialists carry the appropriate licenses for plumbing and electrical work. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage on every job. Contractor license #C-1047382.

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — a two-hour labor minimum applies to hourly work, which covers most small repairs and installs. If your job runs shorter, we’ll suggest a couple of extra items from your list so the visit is worth the trip. Materials are quoted separately and billed at cost with your approval.
