Our Story

We started because LA homeowners deserved better.

Pacific Pro Handyman started in 2011 because our founders — Miguel, James, and Darius — were tired of watching friends and neighbors get burned by unreliable contractors: no-shows, surprise bills, shoddy work on simple repairs.

We started with three rules: show up on time, do the job right, and be honest about price. Those three rules still govern every job we take, whether it's a broken door hinge in Silver Lake or a full-home painting job in Beverly Hills.

Today we have 9 licensed, background-checked pros serving 8 LA neighborhoods. We complete 500+ jobs a year and hold a 4.9-star rating across more than 2,400 verified reviews. We're a small team and we plan to keep it that way — because small means every customer gets personal service.

Show Up

The most common complaint about home services is contractors who don't show up. We have a 100% appointment-kept record since 2011. If we need to reschedule, we call at least 3 hours ahead — every time, no exceptions.

Do It Right

We don't cut corners. Every job — whether it's a $75 fixture swap or a $3,500 flooring installation — gets the same level of care. We carry a 30-day labor warranty on all repairs because we're confident in the work we do.

Be Straight About Price

You'll know what you're paying before we start. For jobs over $300, you get a written estimate. For hourly work, we tell you the scope and confirm before adding time. No surprise invoices. What you see is what you pay.
